Patio construction begins with the design and planning process.  The most common patio types are

• paver

• concrete

• brick

• flagstone

• or porcelain

     Some are better suited for certain areas or applications than others.  For example, pavers can be removed easily to make repairs to sub-surface utilities like plumbing and electricity around pools. 

 

     Our personal preference is concrete pavers, which are 2 to 4 times stronger than poured concrete surfaces.  Pavers or brick pavers, block pavers, etc come in a wide variety of colors, finishes, and styles.  Not to mention pavers hold their value compared to concrete and other materials.  Overall pavers add value to your property and increase the potential sale price.
