      The process usually begins with a free estimate, which is a rough estimate that can be given on the spot after hearing the customers ideas.  So having an idea of what you want can speed up the process immensely.  Things like:

• Composite decking vs lumber

• type of railing- lumber, vinyl, aluminum, steel, cable, glass, etc.

• Size and layout- what do you plan to do with your deck?  Parties? Relaxing? Cooking? Multiple levels or tiers? Pergola or other coverings?

• Colors- ideally complement your home or surrounding structure.  Do you want a contrasting border?  Maybe an inlay?

    A more detailed quote of the work to be completed typically takes a couple of business days.  Really depends on the complexity of the project.
